Yes. Try AgentOS runs live tasks on a fictional sample shop. Notes you save there last only for that try session. They are not your customer account. Nothing is sent, charged, or posted.

It applies working notes and lessons you save to the next task. That is not model training. Standing goals are a plan only until you press Run next step. Send, spend, delete, and publish still wait for your review. Try-session notes expire. Account notes stay on your shop. Unattended overnight work is not on this site.
