Delete your account

How to delete an AgentOS account. The browser app does not yet include a delete button. Email is the path that works today.

By email

Email the studio privacy address on the Privacy page: [email protected], from the same address as the account, with the subject “Delete AgentOS account”. We will confirm and delete within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your AgentOS account.
• The shop workspace (chats, memory, tasks, approvals, uploads).
• Connected-tool tokens for that shop (revoked at the provider when we can, then wiped locally).

Stripe keeps whatever billing records the law requires. Canceling a subscription, when billing exists, does not by itself delete the workspace.

Canceling billing only

You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds except where law requires. That is not the same as deleting the account.
